Aah-tx
"Aah" a mix between a sigh and a scared cry, with a very short "tucs" at the end. Thats just how I say it, I don't even know if I've described it well ^^.
Kryta is in loads of cut-scenes.
I used to say (not type) Kurzick as Kuzrick for ages.
I think I say them right anyway but Mokele (as in Mokele Smash) or Ntouka (as in the creatures or Rage of the Ntouka) are strange works.

as for towns or significant charactes, the cut scenes tell you. If you don't know how kryta is pronounced, you must have skipped them all.
as for some of those monsters......yeah anyone's guess. Makes for fun when on vent talking about them.

Pronounciation! How fun.
Aah-tx
N-toe-kah (nasal 'N')
Cry-tah
Tri-bull (guess what that is, not Guild Wars and it's easy)
Also, 'x's can be pronounced as 'z's, like 'Xandar' from Buffy the Vampire Slayer... or xylophone.

I think Ntouka is more N-too-kah then N-toe-kah. Just personal opinion.

Aatxe = 'A-tax' in my head.
I pronounce Barrage 'bArrage'. I believe it has a French tinge and the 'g' is soft-sounding. It should sound like the American version of 'garage'.
